Our story

Why we started

True Asset began with a simple frustration. Too many buyers in Pattaya were choosing homes from photos, paying deposits before anyone had read the title deed, and signing contracts in a language they could not check.

We built a small team of Thai and English-speaking agents who live here and work every neighbourhood, from the condo towers of Wongamat to the quiet land plots around Huay Yai. We visit projects before we list them, check the paperwork before we recommend them, and say so when something doesn’t add up.

Today we work with Thai families moving to the coast, retirees settling in Jomtien, investors looking for rental yield and owners who want their property sold or let without stress.
